Classic Tan digital gift certificates are delivered electronically and can be redeemed for eligible services and products at any Classic Tan location. Because digital gift certificates are considered final‑sale digital goods, we encourage customers to review all details carefully before completing their purchase.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All digital gift certificate sales are final. Once a digital gift certificate has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

• Incorrect email address: If the gift certificate was sent to the wrong email address due to a typing error, please contact us as soon as possible. If the certificate has not been redeemed, we may be able to reissue it to the correct address.

• Non‑delivery: If you did not receive your digital gift certificate, check your spam or junk folder. If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will resend it after verifying the order.

 

Lost or Stolen Certificates

Digital gift certificates should be treated like cash. Classic Tan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates. However, if the certificate has not yet been redeemed, we may be able to assist with reissuing it.

 

Redemption

• Digital gift certificates can be redeemed in‑store at any Classic Tan location.

• They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable provincial law.

• Balances remain on the certificate until fully used.
